A warehouse sized for the company they are now

Land ID needed a data warehouse. They did not need the one a company ten times their size would have built.
We built a lightweight platform appropriate to a growing company, and we still run it. Most warehouse projects fail by over-building: a year of work, a platform that fits a company the client is not yet, and a maintenance burden nobody scoped. Starting smaller means the thing is in use sooner and can grow with actual demand rather than a forecast of it.
It is one fractional engineer, which is the right size for the problem.
Do you need a warehouse, or a smaller version of one?
We will tell you which, including when the answer means a smaller engagement for us. The first conversation costs nothing.
