Aptologics

You drive the outcome

Embedded engineers.

You make the plan, set the deadline, and create the definition of done. Our engineers accelerate your existing team.

Senior engineers who work in your repo, take tickets from your leads and sit in your standup. Start with one and add more when the roadmap needs it. There is no second backlog to reconcile and no separate process to manage.

The free pilot sprint

Free2 weeks · one deliverable

What you walk away with

  • A named engineer in your repo 3 days after the call
  • One deliverable you chose, finished
  • A decision about whether they stay
01

Your plan, your definition of done

They work in your repo and take tickets from your leads. Nothing gets re-planned on our side, and there is no second backlog to reconcile.

02

One engineer is a real option

Several of our longest engagements are a single fractional engineer holding one surface. Land ID's warehouse is one person. Plansight's reporting is one person, three years in.

03

Change the number, keep the people

Go from one to five and back again as the roadmap moves. The engineers on the account in January are the ones on it in December.

04

Real collaboration

You can expect continuity throughout your engagement. You keep the same engineer by default, and we handle context handoffs if any changes are required.

When this is the right one

  • A req that has been open for months while the roadmap slips
  • A team that knows exactly what to build and is short of hands
  • Work that needs to start before a headcount decision can be made

How the free pilot sprint runs

Five steps from the first call to the decision that follows the deliverable.

1. Scope call

Tell us about what you want built.

2. Agree on deliverables

We will define the first delivery together, get it in a contract, and you meet the engineers before you sign it.

3. Start in 3 days

The engineers you meet will be ready to start on your project within three days of the intro call, or the day after the contract is signed.

4. Two weeks of work

We spend two weeks working together. Anything we deliver is yours to keep, no strings attached.

5. You decide

Once you're happy with your team, we move onto an engagement that is the right shape and size for your team.

Tell us what the engineer would pick up

One call to agree on deliverables. The pilot sprint can start as soon as 3 days after it, and costs nothing.

  • Named engineers, and you meet them before you sign
  • The sprint can start 3 days after the intro call
  • You own your deliverables in every case

One call to agree the deliverable. No pitch deck, and nothing owed for the pilot sprint.
