Plansight is an Aptologics customer. We work on their product and on their internal reporting, which are separate jobs that happen to share a client.

On the product side, we helped vet early versions of unstructured data extraction and built the standardised views that report on the output. Extraction is the part that gets the attention, and the reporting layer on top is what decides whether anyone can act on what was extracted.
On the internal side, we built their data warehouse from scratch and sized it for a growing business rather than for the business they might become. Right-sizing is the decision most warehouse projects get wrong, and they get it wrong in the expensive direction.
Three years in, it is one fractional data engineer. Long engagements do not have to be large ones.

We staff to the problem. Several of our longest engagements are a single fractional engineer who has been on the account for years.
